April was all about broadcasting at Innovative. We were at the NAB trade show (you can read more about that here) exhibiting our monitor arms and multi-monitor mounting solutions ideal for control room consoles. To close out the month, we’re talking to Marissa, a sales representative who specializes in working with our broadcasting customers to find the perfect mounting configurations for their studios. 1. How long have you worked at Innovative?
2. What do you like most about your job?
Meeting my customers in person is always a treat, especially if I’ve been working with them over the phone for a long time. Some clients I speak with on a weekly if not daily basis, exchanging stories about our families, our weekends, etc.
3. What would you like others to know about your job?
It’s not about sales; it’s about solutions that fit the customers’ needs.
4. What has been your proudest moment at Innovative?
Being selected to work on a cross-functional team for Innovative’s first ever “deep dive” gave me a sense of pride as I felt it was recognition of my ability to think outside the box to provide a good solution for my customers.
