As a member of Innovative’s sales team, Fernando is the key point of contact for many of our ergonomic dealers. During his time with Innovative he has worked in our Brazil office as well as our global headquarters in Easton, PA. Get to know Fernando a little better and find out more about his role at Innovative!
Q: How long have you been with Innovative?
A: 12 years
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Being with a company where the main mission is helping to improve people’s health is a great thing.
Q: What would you like others to know about your job?
A: For prospects: I value my time; if I’m calling them, it’s because I have something valuable to offer.
For clients: You are the reason I’m here. I work for you, not for what you want, but what you need.
For co-workers: I’m also here to make friends.
Q: What has been your proudest moment at Innovative?
A: I could mention a really large project for a start-up company that we helped become one of our best customers, but that’s just what we do.
However, I remember in particular my first custom-made product. It was for a disabled person who was in bed for life and needed something special. After using the product for a couple of weeks, he called to thank us for what we did to improve his life and said he could not put value in what we did for him.
