Q: How long have you worked at Innovative Office Products?
A: 14 years.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Customer service is about problem solving, interdepartmentally as well as with customers. Each day is something new, [and] knowing that my efforts make a difference in the growth of Innovative as well as the growth of our customers.
Q: What would you like others to know about your job?
A: My team and I would not be able to provide this level of service without internal support, from Purchasing to Shipping to Invoicing and everyone else in between.
Q: How do we know when we have satisfied a customer to the best of our ability?
A: When I hear their smile while speaking with them on the phone or when I hear their smile in email communication. Believe it or not, it is possible to be the bearer of “bad news” and still hear their smile at the end of the conversation. It’s about being honest, empathetic, and genuine – our customers know that Innovative, as a whole, cares about them. Additionally, there are few companies out there that provide the level of customer service that Innovative provides, beginning with getting a LIVE person on the phone.
